RATES AND RESERVATIONS FOR 2009/2010

High season:

January 3, 2010--April 16,2010

$125 USD double, per night, includes tax

Low season:

September 1, 2010--December 18, 2010

May 1, 2010--December 18, 2010

$85 USD double, per night, includes tax

Holiday rate:

December 19, 2010--January 2, 2011

April 17, 2010--April 30, 2010

$140 USD double, per night, includes tax

$20 additional per night for each extra person

Minimum stay of 3 days during high season

Minimum stay of 7 days during holidays

Long term rates are negotiable.

Prepayment of a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the reservation. The final balance is due in US dollars or pesos upon arrival and after the room has been inspected and approved.

Total prepayment is acceptable so you will not need to carry as much cash. If you choose total prepayment, 50% is refundable up to 30 days in advance when notified in writing or by email of a change in plans or cancellation. If your plans need to vary by date, we will try make the changes possible without forfeiture of your deposit. Early departures are not refunded. If we are unable to open or provide an apartment, the nonrefundable deposit requirement is waived. (In other words, if we had a hurricane or some structural problem, you aren't out your money.)
